El pasado 14 de febrero decidí visitar **Paris18**, un nuevo restaurante que abrió hace apenas dos semanas. La idea de celebrar San Valentín en un lugar con ese nombre sonaba perfecta, y aunque la experiencia fue en su mayoría positiva, hubo algunos detalles que podrían mejorar. Lo mejor del restaurante, sin duda, es el **ambiente en el segundo piso**. La decoración, la iluminación tenue y la música crean una atmósfera romántica y acogedora, perfecta para una cena especial. Además, la atención del personal fue excelente, siempre atentos y amables. En cuanto al menú, los **platos fuertes son algo limitados**, con solo cinco opciones disponibles. La comida estaba bien, pero me habría gustado más variedad. En cuanto a las bebidas, solo ofrecen refrescos, agua mineral y natural, lo cual se siente algo restringido, sobre todo considerando que aún **no cuentan con licencia para vender alcohol**. Para una cena especial, hubiera sido ideal poder acompañar la comida con una copa de vino. Un detalle curioso es que escuché en otra mesa que estaban regalando candados a las parejas para colocarlos en algún lugar del restaurante, al estilo de los puentes en Francia. Me pareció una idea muy bonita y simbólica, pero **a nosotros no nos lo ofrecieron**, lo cual fue un poco decepcionante. En general, Paris18 tiene un gran potencial . Su ambiente es encantador y la atención es de primera, pero aún tienen algunos aspectos por pulir, como la variedad del menú y la disponibilidad de bebidas alcohólicas. Sin embargo, si buscan un lugar con un toque romántico y buena atención, definitivamente vale la pena visitarlo.

Pasamos a desayunar el servicio muy atentos, los platillos entregados a buen tiempo y con gran sabor, la promoción de mimosas nos sorprendió por que no la esperábamos.

10/10 el sabor de cada platillo y el ambiente del restaurant, sin duda volvería a regresar. Los desayunos son deliciosos y el jugo paris 18 es lo más rico Los postres nunca decepcionan, es delicioso!
